相信很多做跨境电商的朋友,都遇到过自己的账号因为各种原因,被平台封账号了,或者账户的钱被冻结了,总之很多坑等着卖家,但是遇到这样的事情,有没有挽回的余地呢,当然合理处理,还是有很大的希望可以挽回损失的。接下来就跟大家分享下,如何用一份邮件解决您可能遇到的问题。

账户申诉要点:

申诉步骤: 1. 找出根本原因,承认错误,认真写改进计划,计划涉及,物流,包装,产品,质检,尤其是找到产品的问题 2. 立即的改善计划 3. 长期的运营规划来避免类似问题再次发生。 在POA中要包括以上三点 同时提供制造商信息或者产品安全报告来支持你的POA。 写申诉计划尽量不要用模板,用模板很容易不通过,要根据自己的情况,清晰表达自己的问题就好.
